Abu Dhabi Commercial Engineering Services LLC (ADCE), is committed to supporting ADCB’s vision:

Measures of success for ADCE include growth in portfolio projects and market share combined with shareholder value and profit; operational excellence and customer satisfaction; managing risk to world-class standards and maintaining sustainable practices; and success through the staff.

These measures of success are translated into ADCE’s corporate business objectives and Integrated Management System (IMS) objectives including the measurement and continuous improvement of process efficiency (TATs) and effectiveness (system availability). Targets have been established for each key internal and external process and are regularly monitored, measured and reviewed.

ADCE is fully committed to the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) through the continuous improvement of systems and processes. ADCE has adopted a fully documented IMS, based on the internationally recognised standard ISO QMS 9001:2015, ISO EMS 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007, which will enable ADCE to consistently deliver high levels of real estate and property development service to our customers and stakeholders.

We ensure that our services meet the highest standards of professional performance, satisfy and exceed customers’ expectations and deliver exceptional value. We recognise that continual improvement is essential for all of our operations and customers satisfaction level and is critical for every project. The concept of operational excellence is firmly embedded in our target operating model to create value for all our stakeholders.

Our IMS policy statement is a manifestation of our corporate value of excellence and commitment to the following principles:

  • Comply with all established procedures, IMS standards, and applicable federal as well as local legal, legislative and regulations requirements.
  • Best use of natural resources, prevent environmental pollution, and adopt suitable environmental protection practices at all times.
  • Provide adequate and appropriate quality, environmental, safety and health services to all stakeholders.
  • Prevent accidents and incidents, as well as prevent work injuries, and any harm to human health, and the environment from our operations.
  • Communicate our IMS policy with our customers, employees, suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors and solicit their inputs to enable us to meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Create an open reporting culture and encourage sharing of information on quality, environment, and health and safety, and shall always cooperate with external as well as internal auditors.
  • Develop comprehensive competency and training requirements to ensure that all employees are trained to the extent necessary to comply with IMS requirements and deliver a high quality of building design and construction property development services.
  • We commit to establish and maintain appropriate controls and conduct periodic reviews of our attainment of set quality, environment, health and safety objectives, programmes and action plans to accomplish our IMS policy ethically and professionally.

The ADCE IMS policy is understood and communicated to all interested parties and will be reviewed periodically for continuing suitability.
