ADCE Acquires the ISO 9001 Certification for Quality Management
Abu Dhabi Commercial Engineering Services (ADCE), a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), obtained the ISO 9001 certification for Quality management by proving that ADCE processes and management activities conforms to the ISO quality Standards.
ADCE core activities lie in the mandate given to ADCB by the Government Finance Department of Abu Dhabi to manage the design review, tendering and construction management of buildings under the Government Financing Scheme (DSSCB).
ADCE Quality Management system covers the provision of Project management services, from concept design to the final handing over of the building. It also covers engineering services, which includes property valuations, feasibility studies and project progress reports for ADCB real estate portfolio.
In its dedication to providing high quality management services to its clients, ADCE decided to undergo the assessment required by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to acquire the internationally renowned ISO 9001 certification. After an extensive audit of their services and procedures, auditors deemed the project management subsidiary fully compliant and formally awarded the ISO certificate to ADCE in a ceremony held on November 9th 2010 in ADCB Head office.
